HAC Arty Party tears it up
Explore the arts in a whole new way with an art experience with no art experience required. The Torn Paper Forest Collage Arty Party will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main St. Participants will paint a background on canvas and use torn paper and material in choices of colors to create a forest scene. All supplies included. The project will be led by local artist and HAC Program Coordinator, Brenda Beck Fisher.
